As a sophomore, Ladyman posted a 9-8 singles record and a 2-3 SoCon singles record, playing primarily at the No. 2 position. His season included singles victories over then-32nd-ranked Tenessee and then-33rd-ranked Kentucky, helping the Paladins to a 3-2 win over the Wildcats. Ladyman also posted a win over then-45th ranked Georgia Tech. In doubles action, he teamed with senior Brian Crook to post a 14-6 record and 4-2 SoCon record.
Ladyman had an outstanding freshman season, earning second-team All-SoCon recognition for both singles and doubles.
Ladyman, one of the 2006-07 team captains, posted the second-most singles victories of anyone on the team with 17 and went 9-0 in league action last year. In doubles, Ladyman paired with Brian Crook to record 18 wins, including eight of nine in conference play. The tandem won all three SoCon Tournament matches and were victorious over pairs from Tennessee, Georgia Tech and Nebraska. Ladyman also won the 2006 ITA Summer Circuit Event in Chapel Hill, N.C., ranking third in the Southeast region after the event.
Prep/Personal: Ladyman helped lead Memphis Univ. School to state titles all four years of high school. He went undefeated in singles as a senior and ranked eighth in the South in singles in 2004. The son of Jim and Libby Ladyman, Bo was born March 24, 1987. Ladyman is majoring in business administration.
