GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Furman's baseball game at Clemson, scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, at 7:15 p.m., has been postponed due to the threat of inclement weather and rescheduled for Thurday, March 20, at 5:00 p.m. at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, it has been announced.

Furman, 10-5, is expected to start sophomore right-hander Justin Holloway (1-1, 4.63 ERA) against Clemson. The Paladins have claimed the last two meetings with the Tigers, including a 6-3 decision last year at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.

Furman opens Southern Conference play on Friday against arch-rival The Citadel in Charleston in a 6:00 p.m. game at Joseph P. Riley Park.
