LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Furman track teams opened the 2008 indoor season with a trip to the University of Kentucky.

The Paladins earned a combined 10 top-15 finishes, highlighted by senior Chibuzo Aguocha's 4th-place finish in the triple jump with a 11.63 meter mark. Junior Patrick Morgan also placed 4th in the men's 800 meter dash with a time of 1:54.19, setting a new school record in that event.

Junior Doug Sellers placed 9th in the men's shot put event, with a mark of 11.82.

The Paladins continue competition next weekend at the ETSU Invitational.
